Many products and services offered through this website are custom-made, printed-to-order, or produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item, order size, customization requirements, and production schedules.

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or during the ordering process.

Custom design projects, bulk orders, specialty items, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping Methods
Printed Orders may be shipped using major carriers including:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL

Shipping carriers are selected based on package size, destination, delivery speed, and availability.  And whether they are shipped by Shortbox Graphics, or our Printing Partner, All American Print Company.

Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Holidays
• Incorrect shipping information
• High shipping volume periods
• Factors outside our control

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shortbox Graphics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will typically be provided once an order has shipped when available through the selected carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery issues become the responsibility of the carrier.

However, we will do our best to assist customers with tracking issues, damaged shipments, or carrier claims whenever possible.

International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Custom & Print-On-Demand Items
Certain items may be produced or fulfilled through third-party production partners depending on the order type and fulfillment requirements.

Shipping timelines for these items may vary.
