Services Provided
Shortbox Graphics provides graphic design, branding, apparel artwork, promotional graphics, website visuals, digital artwork, and related creative services.
Project Approval & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, spelling, sizing, layouts, and final design details before production or final delivery.
Once final approval is given, Shortbox Graphics is not responsible for errors, omissions, or issues present in approved artwork.
Client-Provided Content
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights or permissions to use any logos, trademarks, images, artwork, slogans, or other materials submitted for design or production purposes.
Shortbox Graphics reserves the right to refuse any project that may violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or applicable laws.
Payments
Payment terms may vary depending on the project type. Certain projects may require deposits or full payment before work begins.
Completed design files, production files, or deliverables may be withheld until payment obligations are satisfied.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of creative and design services, refunds are generally not available once work has started or final files have been delivered.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the scope of the project. Excessive revisions, redesign requests, or changes outside the original project scope may require additional charges.
Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as general estimates only and are not guaranteed. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, communication delays, revision requests, production schedules, or third-party fulfillment services.
Printing & Color Variations
Printed colors and final products may vary slightly from digital previews, mockups, or screen displays due to differences in printers, inks, garments, materials, lighting, and monitor settings.
Intellectual Property
All original artwork, graphics, layouts, branding elements, and creative materials created by Shortbox Graphics remain the property of Shortbox Graphics unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or modification of original artwork is prohibited.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Shortbox Graphics reserves the right to display completed projects, artwork, mockups, and related materials in portfolios, social media, advertising, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Shortbox Graphics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, artwork, printed materials, digital files, or website content.
Third-Party Services
Certain projects may involve third-party printing, fulfillment, shipping, or production partners. Shortbox Graphics is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by third-party providers.
Website Use
Users agree not to misuse this website, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in unlawful activities through this website or related services.
