RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting Shortbox Graphics.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many products and services offered through this website, all sales are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.

Custom Design Services
Graphic design services, digital artwork, branding projects, custom graphics, and commissioned creative work are generally non-refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, layouts, sizing, and design details before final production or file delivery.

Custom Printed Products
Custom apparel, personalized items, print-on-demand products, and made-to-order merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer preference, incorrect size selection, ordering mistakes, or change of mind.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases involving:

• Printing defects
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received
• Damaged items caused during production

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

This allows us to review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made products
• Personalized items
• Digital downloads or delivered design files
• Final approved artwork
• Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer
• Items requested with custom modifications

Refund Approval
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered in limited situations involving verified production errors or damaged items.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production or project work has begun.

Once production, printing, or active design work has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. Or, if determined that cancellation is possible, a mandatory 30% of balance fee is retained for work already performed.

Limitation of Liability
Shortbox Graphics is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our control.
